These terms and conditions shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. They apply to all parts of our delivery, including installation, courses, advice, engineering, projecting, assessments, etc.
2) Quotations, offers and prices.
All offers are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. The prices are based on current prices from manufacturers abroad. Significant changes in manufacturers’ prices and/or currencies may lead to changes in our prices, without notice. All our prices are exclusive of VAT.
Delivery is in accordance with Incoterms (latest version) EX Works from our warehouse in Ytre Enebakk unless otherwise specified in writing.
Due time of payment is stated on the invoice. Standard terms of payment 14 days. A fee will be charged for reminders and for late payments. Interest will be charged for late payments in accordance with applicable default interest rates.
We offer warranties on our products in accordance with the warranties offered by our suppliers.
Packing is normally included in the price unless special package is required from customer.
Return of goods shall not take place unless agreed in writing, and the customer will be charged with a minimum of 30 % of the invoice value. All the products shall be in origin state with no open/changed sealing or packaging. All transport, packing and handling costs will be charged. Goods which have been produced according to the customer’s specifications may not be returned.
Our liabilities following delay and/or defects are limited to the customer’s direct loss, and to a maximum of 15 % of the agreed price (ex VAT) on the delivery or part of delivery in question.
All goods delivered remain the property of Lascentrum Norge AS until they have been fully paid for.
Sensitive information that the customer has received from Lascentrum Norge AS shall remain confidential and not be copied or used for any other purposes than the execution of the contract/agreement. The customer shall not issue any press release, publish, or in any way advertise without Lascentrum Norge AS´S consent.
